Don't call Saul

History is often written by the winners.  Or at least, the most pushy. It's the ones that don't often need their names written down, that are one's most deserving of praise. But also, some names get lost to history because they are well covered up in lies.  So is the name Saul Alinsky.

Saul Alinsky is not a name I remember growing up, but should have been taught along side the names of other radicals, such as Lenin.

Our current President taught, and worked for the organization, of Alinsky, despite never having meet Saul before his death.

Notice Power Analysis, and relationships built on self-interest on the board, all concepts Alinsky envisioned.  Obama was spreading these concepts as a paid organizer.

Hillary wrote her thesis on him,

and she did meet Saul.  If Hillary is to run for President, it should be pretty important to teach to children from here on forward what Alinsky's concepts are all about.

Alinsky, like others on the far Left, had an strong conviction in democracy.   If Marxism is the understanding of Carl Marx's principals, than Alinskyism should be considered the understanding of Saul Alinsky's principals.  While Alinsky's end goal was communism, how it got there was different than Marxism, and so should be studied as an alternative point of arriving to the same terrible results.

Alinskyism's main tenets,

1. create mass organizations to seize power and give it to the people

The goal is to create the crisis and solve it by taking power.

As American citizens, we can't give in to that.  We have to stay calm and not pay for these mass unknown organizations.

2. remove do-gooders from churches and organizations, encourage moral relativism (See Here)

Expect the following (there are other weapons and tactics Alinskyism uses, but these are the important ones to know) :

Weapon #1 : "make the enemy live up to its own book of rules

For the Murrieta Patriots, they saw first hand that they were held to a much higher standard, while the other side was held to none.(See here and here)

Weapon #2 : Ridicule is man's most potent weapon.

Obama proceeded to ridicule the Right's concept of building a fence.  A moat?  Put an Alligator in the moat?  This type of ridicule is on purpose, and we have seen it before.  Obama had a similar prepared response in the debate with Romney on the issue of the military.  Obama charged Romney with wanting more antiquated weapons, such as muskets.  It's meant to infuriate the opponent and cause an overwhelmed reaction.

Tactic #1 :   Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

This way, if they act out of line, they can fall back into the crowd without notice.  If everyone is as bad as me, am I so bad? is the crazed rationale.

Tactic #2 : Change tactics so it doesn't become boring

This is playing upon human's short attention span.  If the subject gets stale, it no longer is interesting to the non-obsessive.  So, changing the subject, but keeping the same end goal in mind, is the typical pattern of behavior.

Tactic #3 : Stay focused on end game

No matter what, don't give up, don't give in.  The end's justify the means.

The end goal of the Alinsky model is communism.   So anything said in between can be a lie, so long as the end goal is reached.

3. Start a revolution

"A reformation means that masses of our people have reached the point of disillusionment with past ways and values. They don’t know what will work but they do know that the prevailing system is self-defeating, frustrating, and hopeless. They won’t act for change, but won’t strongly oppose those who do. The time is then ripe for revolution."

Saul Alinsky, Rules for Radicals

The goal is to create hopelessness to the point of revolution!  When hope fails to work, Alinsky believes people give up standing in the way of evil!

This is the case in real life, unfortunately. Instead of fighting for what they believe in, people do become disillusioned with the system in general.  Instead of seeing that the system is working, people are feed lies to promote the idea of a broken world, hopeless.  Instead of looking at who is in charge of creating the catastrophes (see here), the populace instead just accepts that the system is broken and becomes apathetic.

That way, when those that want to destroy the United States of America or the Do-gooders, no one will stand in their way.  No one is there to say it's wrong.

"A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism."

That is just as evil as any sinister plan of Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Yasser Arafat, or Muhammad Badie.
