So it occurred to me, after the recent Mark Lane interviews, to check out his story and see if indeed the Border Angels helped coordinate the illegal immigrants staying with him. I emailed them today and they responded that yes, they did.

That may in fact be a federal crime, against US Code : Section 8, Chapter 12,
"(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(v)
(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,"

It's up to the Attorney General of the United States and his employees to enforce this law.
