Typical GM thinking...

Is that sustainable?  No way!  GM is going to go out of business if that happens quickly - or it's all just a big lie.  GM should have gone the way of the Dinosaur long ago, but somehow managed to escape market forces.  Not just the terrible job they have done with safety, but with design and efficiency.

Companies are people, in my opinion.  They have rights too.  But so do other companies, better companies, who produce better products.  For every GM, there could be another Tesla.  It's just the way of the market.  Sure, GM could go out of business, but if Tesla can fill in the market place, there is no reason to assume similar jobs will not be there.
